Return & Exchange Policy

At Leanny, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to make the return or exchange process simple and hassle-free.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify, the item should be unused and, whenever possible, returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchange requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

  • Requests based solely on a change of mind after the order has been shipped.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please email our Customer Support team at contact@leanny.com and include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the product condition

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send products back without receiving authorization from our support team.

Refunds

If your returned item qualifies for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are generally completed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved, a replacement item will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

If the original product is no longer available, we may offer an equivalent replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local shipping carrier first.

If further assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
