Refund Policy

At Leanny, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a request, please contact us at contact@leanny.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Return Requirements

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The customer entered an incorrect shipping address.

  • The product was damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • The return request is submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

  • The item has been used, altered, or is not returned in acceptable condition.

  • The customer simply changes their mind after the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be canceled.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

  • We can reship the order after payment of the applicable reshipping fee; or

  • If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping costs and any non-recoverable processing fees.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal carrier first.

If necessary, we may request supporting documentation while we investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

International Orders

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
